Kedington have deployed a world-class wireless network infrastructure in the Convention Centre Dublin, using Fortinet’s unique “Virtual Cell” technology.
This allows Kedington and Fortinet to deploy multiple virtual wireless networks on top of each other, without interference using a technique called channel layering.
Channel layering means we can deploy ultra-high density for customers like the Convention Centre Dublin. It also provides RF flexibility, meaning we can reserve a completely separate wireless network for specific systems like VOIP and EPOS.
This makes security compliance far easier, as well as guaranteeing that these systems work flawlessly, no matter what happens on the guest / event WiFi network.
